Return Policy

 

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving the product.

 

Returns are accepted only in case of damage to the product or defect in printing.

 

An unboxing video is a must for such returns.

 

All products must be unused and intact with all packaging and tags to be eligible for a return.

 

Email your unboxing video and pictures to

Care@gurutu.in. We will verify the images and process your return request in 3 days.

 

Once the return order is picked, it'll take 5-7 business days for it to reach our warehouse. We will start to process the refund as soon as it reaches the warehouse and we've done our quality check.

The entire refund process will take 10-12 working days from the day you request it. All payments will be made to your original payment method

 

The refunds will reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.

 

Exchange Policy

 

Ordered the wrong size or it didn't fit as expected? We've got you covered!

You can place for an exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

All products must be unused and intact with all packaging and tags to be eligible for exchange

 

If you received a damaged product, send an email with an unboxing video and pictures to info@gurutu.in.

We will verify the images and process your return request in 3 days.

We will ship a new product to you once we've verified the damage details.

You must return the product to the delivery agent when they arrive with your exchange order.

 

 

 

Note: We do not offer exchange for color options. Colors may slightly vary based on screen differences.
